SHAW <br />A RESOLUTION TO CANCEL THE INSTALLrIENTS OF WATER <br />MAIN ASSESSMEIQTS FOR CERTAIN YEARS ON_PARCEL , <br />N0. 831-18-17 ON METRO PARK DRIVE _ _ <br />WHEREAS, it appears that the Clerk of the Village oP Mayfield, <br />Ohio, has, received funds in the amount of $137.76, representing the payment <br />of water main assessments for the tax years 1963 to 1966, inclusive, on <br />County Auditors Permanent Parcel No. 831-18-17, being certain property <br />in the Village of riayf field, Ohio, on Metro Park Drive. <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF HAYFIELD, <br />CUYAHOGA COUNTY, ONTO, THAT: .. <br />Sec. 1. The annual installments of special assessments for water <br />mains for the tax years 1963 to 1966, inclusive, on property known as <br />County Auditors Permanent Parcel No. 831-18-17, are hereby canceled <br />and the Clerk of the Village of Mayf field, Ohio, is hereby authorized to <br />file a certif ied copy of this Resolution with the County ,Auditor of <br />Cuyahoga County, directing him to cancel said installments of assessments <br />on said property. This resolution shall not affect assessments on said <br />property for any part of the tax year 1962 or any year prior thereto. <br />Sec. 2.
