RESOLUTION N0. 568 <br />By Mr. Sloan <br />A RESOLUTION TO CANCEL WATER MAIN ,AND PAVING ASSESSMENTS <br />FOR CERTAIN YEARS ON PERMANENT PARCEL NOS. 831-38-70 and <br />831-38-71.ON BONNTEVIEW ROAD . <br />WHEREAS, it appears that the Clerk of the Village of Mayf field, <br />Ohio has received funds in the amount of $507.78, representing the pay- <br />ment of water main assessments for the tax years 1963 and 1964 and <br />paving assessments for the tax years 1963 to 1969 inclusive on County <br />Auditorts Permanent Parcel Nos. 831-38-70 and 831-38-71, being certain <br />property in the Village of riayfield, Ohio on Bonnieview Road. <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF HAYFIELD, <br />CUYAHOGA COUNTY, OHIO, THAT: _ _ .. .. _ -... _ .. - . <br />Sec. 1. The annual installments of special assessments for <br />water mains for the tax year 1963 and 1964 and for paving for the tax <br />years 1963 to 1969 inclusive, on County Auditor*s Permanent Parcel <br />Nos. 831-38-70 and 831-38-71 are hereby cancelled, and the Clerk is <br />hereby authorized to file a certif ied copy of this Resolution with the <br />County Auditor of Cuyahoga County directing him to cancel said install- <br />ments of assessments on said property. This Resolution shall not affect <br />assessments on said property for any part of the tax year 1962 or any <br />year prior thereto. <br />Sec. 2.
