Resolution No. 577 <br />By Mr. Mason <br />AN EMERGENCY RESOLUTION REQUESTING THE FISCAL OFFICER TO <br />CERTIFY TO COUNCIL HIS CONCLUSIONS AS TO.THE..ESTIMATED <br />._ - <br />LIFE.OF THE IMPROyEMENTS.PROPOSED TO BE CONSTRUCTED. FROM <br />THE PROCEEDS,OF BONDS PROPOSED TQ BE EXECUTED AND ALSO TO <br />CERTIFY THE MAXIMUM MATURITY OF SUCH BONDS.IN ACCORDANCE <br />WITH REVISED CODE SECTION 113.21 AND THE_MAXIMUM MATURITY <br />._ <br />OF, THE NOT$ .ISSUED IN.ANTICIPATION QF,SUCH BONDS. <br />WHEREAS, this Council contemplates issuing $ 54,300.OObonds, to be issued <br />for the improvement of SOM Center Road in the Village of NIayf field, Ohio, from <br />the end of the existing water main which terminates 1,528 feet North of the <br />center line of Nletro Park Drive, in a Northerly direction to the North corpor- <br />ation line of the Village of Mayfield, by the construction of a 16 inch cast <br />iron water main, with curb connections and appurtenances, which construction <br />and improvement shall be in accordance with the general plans and specif ications <br />and profiles heretofore adopted by this Council; and <br />WHEREAS, Sections 133.24 and Sections 133.21 of the Revised Code of Ohio <br />require. the ffiscal officer of the Village of Mayfield to certify to this Council <br />his estimate of the life of the improvements proposed to be constructed from <br />the proceeds of said bonds, and also to certify to this Council the maximum <br />maturity of such bonds in accordance with Section 133.20, including the <br />weighted average of the amounts proposed to be expended £or several classes <br />of improvements, and also the maximum maturity of notes issued in anticipation <br />of such bonds. <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF HAYFIELD, <br />CUYAHOGA COUNTY ._OHIO a _ .. ... _- - - _ - _ ~ .. <br />Sec. 1.: That the fiscal officer be, and he is, hereby requested to <br />certify to this. Council his conclusions as to the estimated life of the improve- <br />ments proposed to be constructed from the proceeds of said bonds and also to <br />certify to this Council the maximum maturity of such bonds, calculated itt <br />accordance with the provisions of Section 133.20 and the maximum maturity of <br />the notes issued in anticipation of such bonds. <br />Sec. 2. That this resolution is hereby declared to be an emergency measure, <br />necessary to complete the legislation for the issue of said notes, and shall <br />take effect immediately on its adoption as an emergency measure, and is necessary <br />for the immediate preservation of the public peace, health and safety. <br />Adopted this 19th day of August, 1963. <br />Attest: ~ <br />~ Mayor - President of Council <br />(S ) .----- GCler-kJ <br />C <br />
