<br />TO ISSUE,A DUPLSCATE.WARRANT FOR, $194.37 TO. REPLACE
<br />MISSING. WARRANT_AND_INDEMNIFYING SAID AUDITOR AGAINST

<br />~~ WHEREAS, the Auditor of Cuyahoga County, Ohio., according to his
<br />~~' records, issued Auditors Warrant No..C-21762, dated April 12, 1962,
<br />~~ payable to the Village of riayf field, in _ the amount of $194.37, for
<br />a distribution of_Loeal Government Fundy and
<br />&~
<br />~ WHEREAS, the Village of Mayfield never received said Warrant
<br />~ and it must be presumed that said Warrant was lost i.ntransit and that,
<br />~ if it was not returned to the County Auditors Off ice within 60 days
<br />f rom its date, an Application for the issuance of a duplicate would be
<br />,~ in order and as of the date o~ this Resolution said Warrant has not
<br />d.,, been recovered, _
<br />~ NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BSY THE ~COUNCIi, OF .THE VILLAGE OF _
<br />~ HAYFIELD, CUYAHOGA COUNTY,,OHIO,_all members elected,,,thereto_.concurrings,

<br />Sec® 1. That the Council of the Village of Mayfield, Ohio, hereby
<br />formally requests the Auditor of Cuyahoga County to issue a duplicate
<br />Warrant or cheek payable to said Village in the amount of $194,37 from the
<br />Local Government Fund to.replace the Warrant heretof ore described.
<br />Sec. 2, That the Village of Mayf field, Ohio, does hereby indemnify
<br />the Auditor of Cuyahoga County, Ohio, against any loss or expense by reason
<br />of or arising from the issuance of said duplicate Warrant requested, in
<br />the event the original of said Warrant is found and collected upon.

<br />' See. 3. That the Clerk~of this Village be' and he hereby is,
<br />authorized and directed to forward a certified copy of this Resolution to
<br />the Auditor of Cuyahoga County, Ohio.

<br />Sec, 4, This Resolution is hereby declared to be an emergency
<br />measure, immediately necessary for the preservation of the public peace,
<br />healthy safety and welfare of the Village of Mayfield, Ohio, because of the
<br />necessity of securing said funds from the Local Government Fund to pay
<br />expenses of the Village as soon as possible so as to protect the ctedi:t
<br />of said Villages and said resolution shall be in force and eff ect_immediately
<br />upon the_ _date of its adoption.
