RESOLUTION No. 589 <br />By Mr. Belzer <br />A RESOLUTION TO CANCEL CERTAIN WATER MAIN AND PAVING ASSESS- <br />MENTS FOR.CERTAIN YEARS ON,PERMANENT PARCEL No. 831-38-79 <br />ON BONNIEVIEW ROAD. ... - <br />WHEREAS, it appears that the Clerk of the Village of Mayfield has <br />received funds in the amount of $519.32,~representing the payment of water <br />main assessments for the tax year 1964 and paving assessments for the tax <br />years 1964 through 1969 on County Auditor's Permanent Parcel No, 831-38-79, <br />being certain property in the Village of Mayf field, Ohio, on Bonnieview Road. <br />NOW THEREFORE'BE IT RESOhVED BY, THE COUNCIL OF THE VIhTZAGE OF HAYFIELD, <br />CUY.AHOGA COUNTY OHIO , , THAT: _ - - - - - - <br />See. 1. The annual installments of special assessments for water mains <br />for the tax year 1964 and for paving for the tax years 1964 through 1969, <br />inclusive, on County Auditor's Permanent Parcel No® 831-38-79 on Bonnieview <br />Road in the Village of Mayfield., Ohio, are hereby canceled, and the Clerk <br />is hereby authorized to file a certif ied copy of this Resolution with the <br />County Auditor of Cuyahoga County directing him to cancel said installments <br />of assessments on said property. This resolution shall not affect assess- <br />ments on said property for any part of the tax year 1963 or any year prior <br />thereto. <br />Sec. 2, This resolution shall be in force and effect from and of ter <br />the earliest period permitted by law. <br />Adopted this ,16th day of December, 1963. <br />Attest: Mayor - President of Council <br />( EAL) C er c <br />
