Belzer A RESOLUTION Al~1ENDING SECTION 7 OF RESOLUTION No. 566 SO AS TO INCREASE THE PERIOD FOR THE LEVY OF ASSESSMEi~TS FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF A.SANITARY_SEWER WITH~CURB . CONNECTIONS AND APPURTENANCES.IN DANDER ROAD, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF NIAYFIELD, COUNTY OF CUYAHOGA AND., STATE OF OHIO,,THAT: Sec. 1. Section 7 of Resolution No. 566, entitled; "A Resolution Declaring it Necessary to Improve Lander Road Between Certain Termini in the Village of Mayfield, liy Constructing a Sanitary Sewer with Curb Connections Therefor and the Necessary Appurtenances and Declaring an Emergency", is hereby amended to read as fiollows: "Sec. 7. That the assessments to be levied shall be paid in twenty (20) annual installments, with interest on def erred payments at the same rate as shall be borne by the bonds to be issued in anticipation of the collection thereof; provided, that the owner of any property assessed may, at his option, pay such assessment in cash within 30 days after the passage of the assessing ordinance." Sec. 2. Existing Section 7 of Resolution No. 566 is hereby repealed as of this date. Sec. 3. In all other respects, Resolution No. 566 shall remain in full force and effect. Sec. 4. This resolution is hereby declared to be an emergency measure, necessary for the immediate preservation of the public peace, health, safety and welfare of said Village and its inhabitants, and for the further reason that said improvement is necessary to provide necessary sewer serszices and thereby eliminate existing hazards to the health of the inhabitants residing along said proposed improvement, and this resolution shall be. in full force and effect from and immediately upon its adoption.
