RESOLUTION No. 605 <br />By Mr. Sha~ ~? <br />r~ <br />a <br />~~ <br />~~~3 <br />~~ <br />~_~ <br />ff) <br />f~! <br />~,. <br />G~ <br />A RESOLUTION TO CANCEL THE WATER riAIN ASSESSMENT <br />FOR THE TAX YEARS 1964 TO 1971 ON PERMANENT <br />PARCEL N0. 831-34-29 ON.WORTON PARK DRIVE . <br />tidHEREAS, it appears that the Clerk of the Village of Mayf field <br />has received funds in the amount of $1359.68 representing payment of the <br />water main assessment for the tax years 1964 to 1971 on County Auditorts <br />Permanent Parcel No. 831-34-29 on ~ti?orton Park Drive. <br />NOGJ THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF <br />MAYFIELD, CUYAHOGA COUNTY.OHIO, THAT;, <br />Sec. 1. The annual installments of special assessments for water <br />mains for the tax, years 1964 to 1971 inclusive on County Auditor4s Permanent <br />Parcel No. 831-34-~9 on Tn~orton Park Drive in the Village of Mayfield, Ohio, <br />are hereby~:canceled, and the Clerk is hereby authorized to file a certif ied <br />copy of this Resolution with the Auditor of Cuyahoga County, Ohio, directing <br />him to cancel said installments of said assessments on said property. This <br />resolution shall not affect assessments on said property for any part of <br />the tax~~year 1963 or any year prior thereto. <br />Sec. 2.
