RESOLUTION No. 610 ~~ By Mr. Bennett ~~ l~~ `~~ A RESOLUTION DETERMINING TO PROCEED WITH THE SUBMISSION ~~'', TO THE ELECTORS OF THE VILLAGE OF NlAYFIELD, OHIO, AT THE NOVEMBER 3, 1964 GENERAL ELECTION THE.~UESTION OF f~~ ISSUING BONDS FOR THE PURPOSE OF PAYING. THE COST OF (J~ CONSTRUCTING AND EQUIPPING A NEW MUNICIPAL BUILDING TO HOUSE THE SERVICE DEPAP.TMENT VEHICLES AND TO AFTER, ~ REPAIR, AND IMPROVE_THE VILLAGE HALL °~ WHEREAS, the Council of the Village of Mayf field, Cuyahoga County, Ohio, duly adopted a Resolution on the 13th day of July, 1964, providing ~ for the submission to the electors of the Village of 1~iayfield, Ohio, at ~` ~ the general election to be held on November 3, 1964, the question of the ~ issuance of bonds in the sum of Twenty-Five Thousand 025,000.00) Dollars ~ f or the purpose of paying the cost of constructing and equipping a new municipal building to hoase the Service Department vehicles and to alter, repair and improve the Village Hall, and_the levying of a tax to provide for the payment thereof; and TaIiEREAS, the County Auditor of Cuyahoga County Ohio has certif ied to this Council that, in accordance with his calculation, the average annual levy throughout the life of such bonds (20 years) which will be required to pay the interest on and retire such bonds, assuming that they are all issued in one series, and that the amount of the tax list of said Village remains the same throughout the life of said bonds as the amount of the tax lists for the current year, is .22242 mills for each dollar of valuation, which amounts to 2.2242 cents for each One Hundred Dollars of valuation. NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE VIZ7~AGE OF HAYFIELD, CUYAHOGA COUNTY OHIO, THAT:, Sec. 1. This Council proceed with the issuance of said bonds and that the Clerk be, and hereby is, directed to certify to the Board of Elections in Cuyahoga County the resolution of this Council calling such election herein- n above ref erred to, together with the amount of the average tax levy estimated by said County Auditor and the maximum number of years to retire said bonds, namely, 20 years, and to give notice of said election in accordance with ~ Section 133.11 of the Revised Code of Ohio. `~ ~,~ Sec. 2.
