The final plan of UCF Realty Corporation's Elsena Acres <br />Subdivision No. ~ of part of Original Mayf field Township Lot No. 46, <br />Tract 1, prepared by Frantz L, tidoodruff and ,Associates, Ciyil Engineers and <br />Surveyors, dated May 11, 1964, and hitherto approved by the Village engineer <br />and the Planning and Zoning Commission of the Village, is hereby approved <br />by Council. The approval of this final plan does not constitute an <br />acceptance of the dedication of any streets shown in said final plan. <br />Sec. 2. This Resolution is hereby determined to be an emergency <br />measure, necessary for the immediate preservation of the public peace, <br />health, saf ety and welfare of the Village of Mayf field and its inhabitants <br />because of the need of additional housing facilities as soon as possible <br />and said resolution shall be in force and go into effect from and after <br />the date of its adoption. <br />Adopted this 16th day of November, 1964. <br />T~Iayor - President of Council <br />Attest; <br />J <br />~7 <br />cs~ <br />
