RESOLUTION No. 629 By Mr. Shaw A RESOLUTION REQUESTING THE CLERIZ TO CERTIFY TO COUNCIL THE ESTIMATED.LIFE OF THE PR01?ERTY AND,IMPROV~i~IENTS FOR WHICH. VOTED BONDS_ARE TO BE ISSUED.TN THE SUM OF $25,000.00_AND THE MAXIMUM MATU~2ITY OF SAID BONDS FOR THE PURPOSE OF PAYING THE COST OF_CONSTRUCTING AND EQUIPPING A NEW MUNICIPAL BUILDING TO HOUSE,THE SERVICE-DEPARTMENT VEHICLES AND TO ALTER, REPAIR, AND Il'~II'ROVE THE VILLAGE_HALL WHEREAS, Council of the Village of Mayfield contemplates issuing , $25,000.00 of bonds for the purpose of paying the cost of constructing and equipping a new municipal building to house the Service Department vehicles and to alter, repair, and improve the Village Hall, NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF NIAYFIELD, CUYAHOGA COUNTY, STATE OF OHIO, THAT: Sec. 1. That the Clerlc of the Village of Mayfield is hereby requested to certify to this Council his estimate of_ the life of usefulness of the improvement described above and the maximum maturity of bonds to be issued theref or calculated in accordance with the provisions of Section 133.20 of the Ohio Revised Code, and based on the following; (a) $21,000.00 for construction of anew Municipal Building; (b) $1,000,00 for equipping a new Municipal Building; (c) $3,000.00 for altering, repairing and improving the existing Village Ha11. Sec. 2. That this Resolution is hereby declared to be an emergency measure, necessary to complete the legislation for the issue of said bonds in order to obtain said needed improvements, and shall take effect immediately upon its adoption as an emergency measure, for the immediate preservation of the public peace, health, safety, and welfare of the Village of Mayfield and its inhabitants.
