Sloan <br />A RESOLUTION TO CANCr,'L THE INSTALLMENTS OF PAVING <br />ASSESSP~lENTS FOR CERTAIN YEARS ON_ k~ARCEL N0. <br />831-38-23 DN SENECA LOAD <br />TrIFIERE~S, it appears that the Cleric of the Village of Mayfield, <br />Ohio, has received funds in the amount of $157.00, representing the <br />payment of Paving assessments for the tax years 1965 to 1969, inclusive <br />on County Auditor4s Permanent Parcel No. 831-38-23, being certain property <br />in the Village of Mayf field, Ohio, on Seneca Road. <br />NOW THEP.EFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF HAYFIELD <br />CUYA~EL.OGA COUNTY OHIO, THATa _ _. _ _. _ . <br />Sec. 1. The annual installments of special assessments for paving <br />for the tax years 1965 to 1969, inclusive, on property known as County <br />,Auditorts Permanent Parcel No. 831-38-23, are hereby canceled and the Clerk <br />of the Village of Mayfield, Ohio, is hereby authorized to file a certified <br />copy of this Resolution with the County ,Auditor of Cuyahoga County, directing <br />him to cancel said installments of assessments on said property. This <br />Resolution shall not affect assessments on said property for any part of <br />the tax year 1964 or any year prior thereto. <br />Sec. 2.
