RESOLUTION No. 665 ~~ By Mr. Mason A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE REVISED IMPROVEMENT PLANS OF ELAREN, INC. FOR IMPROVING-HICKORY . .....:. HILL DRIVE WHEREAS, Council by Resolution adopted on July 19, 1965, being No. 652, approved the plans for the construction of improvements in the Robert Neroni Subdivision, dated February, 1965, and prepared by Woodruff and Associates, with the proviso, however, that no construction should take place under said plans until there has first been submitted to the Solicitor of the Village proof of the approval of the sewage treatment plant by the County of Cuyahoga and proof of the consent of adjoining property owners to the cleaning out of the ditches on their property; and WHEREAS, there has this date been filed with Council a revised improvement plan, dated January 4, 1966, being one of five sheets, for improving Hickory Hi11 Drive in said subdivision; and WHEREAS, said revised plan shows a difference in the location of the ditches on the property of certain adjoining owners, who have signed their approval on said revised improvement plan. NOW THEREFORE BE TT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF HAYFIELD qHI O , THAT s , . _. ... ... , . ... _ .... . _ . - - - .. - .. Sec. 1. Council hereby approves the revised improvement plan of Elaren, Inc, dated January 4, 1966, for improving Hiclcory Hill Drive, being orie sheet of five..filed with the Village Clerk. _ Sec, 2. This Resolution is hereby declared to be an emergency measure necessary for the immediate preservation of the public peace, health, safety and welfare of the Village of Mayfield and its inhabitants because of the necessity of completing construction of said improvement while weather conditions still permit and so that new housing may be provided, and this Resolution shall be in full force and effect from and after the date of its adoption.
