<br />A RESOLUTION DECLARING IT NECESSARY TO IMPROVE
<br />LANDER.ROAD IN THE VILLAGE OF_MAYFIELD,_OHIO, BY
<br />GP,ADING, DRAINING, CURBING, 1?AVING_(_INCLUDING_
<br />CiJRB ,CONNECTIONS WEiE_ RE, NECESSARY) AND ..INSTALLING
<br />SIDEG7ALKS, TOGETIiER WITH ALL _NECESSARY,.APPURTENANCES,
<br />AND DECLARING AN.EMERGENCY-,_
<br />WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Cuyahoga County has
<br />approved the surveys,,. plans, prof files,-cross-sections, estimates, and specif i-
<br />cations for the improvement described~~below and has caused copies thereof,
<br />together with the portion of the cost of the improvement to be paid by the
<br />Village of Mayfield to be submitted to this Council, which has examined such
<br />copies and portion of cost.
<br />N04T THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF HAYFIELD,
<br />CUYAHOGA COUNTY OHIO, THREE-FOURTHS .OF ALL rSE~IBERS_ELECTED THERETO CONCURRING,

<br />Sec. 1. It is .necessary to improve Lander Road in the Village of
<br />Mayfield, Ohio, from Wilson Mi11s Road Southerly to the South corporation line
<br />of the Village-s of Mayfield and Highland Heights, Ohio, by grading, draining,
<br />curbing, paving ( including curb connections where necessary) and installing
<br />sidewalks, with all necessary appurtenances, as shown by the._plans hereinafter
<br />referred to, prepared and filed with this Council by the County Engineer of
<br />Cuyahoga County, Ohio, and approved by the Village Engineer of Mayfield, Ohio,
<br />said improvement being made in cooperation with the rlunicipalities of Mayf field
<br />Heights, Highland~Heights and Pepper Pike and the County of Cuyahoga, in
<br />accordance with Ordinance No. 892 passed May 17, 1965. _
<br />Sec. 2. It is hereby determined and declared that the said improvement
<br />is conducive to the public health, convenience and welf are of said Village and
<br />the inhabitants thereof.
<br />Sec> 3. The grade of said street and improvement shall be as shown
<br />by the plans and profiles which have been prepared by the County Engineer and
<br />which are made a part hereof. _
<br />Sec. 4. The plans, specif ications, estimates and profiles of the
<br />proposed improvement, heretofore prepared by the County Engineer, and the
<br />estimate of cost prepared by the Village Engineer setting forth the Villagers
<br />portion and the property ownersr portion of the cost, all of which are now on
<br />file in the office of the Clerk of this Council, are hereby approved,
