RESOLUTION No. 672 <br />By Mr. Shatu <br />A RESOLUTION AMENDING RESOLUTION No. 663 ENTITLED: "A <br />RESOLUTION GRANTING A SPECIAL.P_ERMIT TO SHELL. OIL , <br />COP_!I'ANY .. TO USE CEP~TAIN PREMISES FOR , A, GASOLINE ,STATION" <br />BY PEPI~IITTTNG THE CONSTRUCTION OF A RANCH-STYLE , <br />CONTEPIPORARY .BUILDING. _ . <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF NiAYFIELD, CUYAHOGA COUNTY <br />STATE OF OHIO, THAT.: _ _ _ -. - .. .--. <br />Sec. 1. Inasmuch as the Architectural Board of Review and the Planning & <br />Zoning Commission of the Village of Mayfield have approved the substitution of. <br />a Ranch-Style Contemporary Building for a Bay Colonial Style building for the <br />gasoline station to be built by Shell Oil Company on certain premises at the <br />Southeast corner of ti~Tilson PSills Road and SOM Center Road described in Resolution <br />No. 663 adopted December 20, 1965, for which a special permit was granted on <br />certain terms and conditions, Council hereby amends condition No. 3 of said <br />special permit as specified in said Resolution No. 663 by stating that "the <br />gasoline station building shall be a Ranch-Style Contemporary Building." <br />Sec, 2. In all other respects, said Resolution No. 663 shall remain <br />in full force and effect. <br />Sec. 3.
