RESOLUTION No. 677 <br />By Mr. Sloan <br />A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING TIIE ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS <br />FOR_THE SURFACE, TREATING OF BONNIEVIEW, SENECA,.,_ <br />AND GLENVIEW ROADS ._ . <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF MAYFTELD, COUNTY OF CUYAHOGA <br />AND .STATE OF _ OHI O , . THAT s ~ .. ..... - . . _. <br />Sec. 1. The Village Engineer is hereby authorized: to advertise for <br />bids for the surf ace treatment of Bonnieview, Seneca, and Glenview Roads. <br />Sec. 2. This Resolution is hereby deemed to be an emergency measure, <br />necessary for the immediate preservation of the public peace, health, saf ety <br />and welfare of the Village of Mayfield and its inhabitants for the reason <br />that said roads are in a bad state of repair and should be repaired as soon <br />as possible in order to avoid injury to person and damage to property and <br />this resolution shall be in full force and effect from and after the date <br />of its adoption. <br />Adopted this 20th day of June, 1966. <br />~~ ~ ~ <br />Attest: Mayor - President of Co ncil <br />~~~, lam" L(, q.~s <br />(SEAT,) Clerk <br />
