RESOLUTION No. 694 By Mr. Mason A RESOLUTION DISAPPROVING THE REPORT OF THE ,ASSESSMENT E(~[JALIZATION BOARD ON OBJECTIONS CONCERNING THE ESTIMATED _. - ,ASSESSMENTS FOR THE IMPROVEMDNT OF WILSON MILLS ROAD BY THE CONSTRUCTION AND INSTALLATION.OF A SIDEWALK,. AND, APPOINTING ANEW EI~UUALIZATION~BOARD TO HEAR AND DETERMINE SUCH OBJECTIONS.. WHEREAS, the ,Assessment Equalization_Board heretofore appointed by Resolution No. 687 to hear and determine all.objections concerning the estimated assessments for the improvement of Tailson Mills Road, from the Easterly line of SOM Center Road to the Westerly line of Hanover Road, by the construction and installation of a sidewalk, in accordance with Resolution No. 674, adopted May 16, 1966, has filed its report with this Council as to its determination of such assessments; and WHEREAS, Council disapproves the report of said Equalization Board because of the failure to assess certain property benefited by said improvement owned by Charles ,A. Fitzgerald, Jr. and Helen L. Fitzgerald. NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF HAYFIELD, CUYAHOGA COUNTY,,OHIO-, THAT; _ _ .._ ~-- -. -~ Sec. 1. The report filed by the Assessment Equalization Board herein- before appointed to hear and determine objections concerning the„estimated assessments for the improvement of the portion of Wilson Mills Road above described is hereby disapproved, and Arthur Mi11s, Jr., Anthony M. Smeraldi, and Arthur S. Swanson , three disinterested freeholders of the Village of Mayfield, Ohio, are hereby appointed as a new Assessment Equalization Board to hear and determine ail timely written objections to the estimated assessments heretofore reported to this Council of the cost~of improving Wilson Mills Road, and to equalize the same as to them seems proper, in accordance with law and with Resolution No. 674 adopted by the Council on May 16, 1966. Sec. 2. The new Assessment Equalization Board shall first meet for the above purpose at, the Mayfield Village Hall, 6621_ Wilson Mills Road, Mayfield, Ohio, on the 13th day of December , 1966, at $:00 o4'clock P. M. Eastern Standard Time, and upon completion of such equalization shall report such equalized assessments to Council.
