Walker <br />,~ RESOLUTION APPROVING THE REPORT OF THE NEW ,ASSESSMENT <br />E~lUALIZATION BOARD ON OBJE_CTIO_NS.CONCERNING THE <br />ESTIr1.ATED.ASSESSMENTS FOR THE IMPROVEMENT OF. WILSON <br />MILLS ROAD BY THE CONSTRUCTION . ,AND INST~,LLATION_ OF A <br />SIDEWALK .. - - _ ..-...,. - -. _.. _... ..-_.- .._ <br />WHEREAS, the New Assessment Equalization Board heretofore appointed by <br />Resolution No. 694 to hear and determine all .objections concerning the estimated <br />assessments for the improvement of Wilson Mills Road, from the Easterly line of <br />SOM Center Road to the Wester]:y line of Hanover Road, by the construction and <br />installation of a sidewalk, in accordance with Resolution No. 674, adopted May <br />16, 1966, has filed its report with this Council as to its determination of <br />such assessments; and -_ - <br />WHERE~,S, Council deems such report proper in all respects. <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF HAYFIELD, <br />CUYAHOGA COUNTY., OHIO., THt~T: __ ., . _, . _ _ ; . -. - - .. -. - <br />Sec. 1. The report of the New Assessment Equalization Board hereinbefore <br />recited be, and the same is, hereby approved and the assessments as equalized <br />by said Board and reported~by it be and they are hereby directed to be filed <br />in the Office of the Clerk-Treasurer of this Council. <br />Sec. 2. This Resolution is hereby declared to be an emergency measure, <br />necessary for the immediate preservation of the public peace, health, safety <br />and welf are of said Village, and for the further reason that the immediate <br />construction of said improvement is necessary to eliminate hazards to <br />pedestrian traffic as soon as possible, and this Resolution shall be in full <br />force and effect from and immediately after the date of its adoption. <br />,A,dopted this 19th day of December , 196 6 <br />Mayor - President of Council <br />Atteste .. <br />d~ 1( <br />(Sear Clerk-Tress rer <br />
