Davis <br />A RESOLUTION DECLARING IT NECESSARY TO IMPROVE WORTON <br />PARK DRIVE, FROT4_tdTLSON.MILLS ROAD TO HENIINGWAY RO,A,D, <br />-- ._:_ ,. <br />BY GRADING ,AND PAVING WITH_ASPHALTIC CONCRETE MATERIALS, <br />TOGETHER WITH ALL NECESSARY APPURTENANCES,-AND DECLARING <br />AN EhIERGENCYo _ _ - _ _ - - <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF IvIAYFIELD, CUYAHOGA COUNTY <br />OHIO, THREE-FOURTHS-OF ALL LviE[~1BERS-ELECTED THERETO CONCURRING, THAT: <br />Sec. 1. It is necessary to improve Worton Park Drive in the Village <br />of Lviayfield, from.GTilson Mills Road to Hemingway Road by grading and paving <br />with asphaltic concrete materials, together with all necessary appurtenances, <br />as shown by the plans hereinafter referred to, prepared and filed with this <br />Council by the Village Engineer. <br />Sec, 2. It is hereby determined and declared that the said improvement <br />is conducive to the public health, convenience and welf are of said Village <br />and the inhabitants thereof. <br />Sec. 3. The grade of said streets and improvements shall be as shown <br />by the plans and profiles which have been prepared by the Village Engineer <br />and are made a part hereof. , <br />Sec. 4. The plans, specifications, profiles and estimates of cost <br />of the proposed improvement, as prepared by the Village. Engineer, setting <br />forth the Villagers portion and the property owners! portion, all of which <br />are now on _file in the office of the Clerlc of this Council, are hereby <br />approved. <br />Sec. 5. The whole cost of said improvement as estimated by the Village <br />Engineer, less 2%.and the cost of intersections, sha1.1 be assessed in propor- <br />tion to the benefits which may result from the improvement upon the following <br />described lots and lands, to-wit: <br />All lots and lands bounding and abutting upon the <br />proposed improvement between the termini aforesaid, <br />which said lots and lands are hereby determined to be specially benefited by <br />said improvement; and the cost of said improvement shall include the cost of <br />preliminary and other surveys, plans, specifications, profiles and estimates, <br />and of printing, serving and publishing notices, resolutions, and ordinances, <br />the amount of damages resulting from the improvement assessed in favor of any <br />
