RESOLUTION No. 706 <br />By Mr. Shaw <br />AN EMERGENCY RESOLUTION REQUESTING THE FISCAL OFFICER TO <br />CERTIFY TO COUNCIL HIS CONCLUSIONS AS TO THE. ESTIMATED. <br />LIFE.OF THE Irg.'ROVEMENTS PROPOSED TO BE CONSTRUCTED.FROM <br />THE PROCEEDS_OF BONDS PROPOSED TO BE EXECUTED AND ALSO TO <br />CERTIFY THE MAXIMUM MATURITY OF_SUCH BONDS. IN ACCORDANCE <br />WITH_REVISED CODE SECTION 113.21 AND THE ,MAXIMUM MATURITY <br />OF THE NOTE ISSUED IN. ANTICIPATION OF SUCH BONDS. <br />T~'HEREAS, this Council contemplates issuing $ 1,590.00 bonds for the <br />improvement of the Easterly side of SOM Center Road, from a point 197 feet <br />North of the intersection of the center lines of SOM Center Road and Wilson <br />Mills Road to the Southerly line of Sandalwood Road by the construction and <br />installation of a sidewalk and appurtenances, all of which construction and <br />improvements shall be in accordance with the general plans, specifications <br />and profiles filed with the Village Council by the Village Engineer; and <br />T,~HEREAS, Sections 133.24 and Sections 133.21 of the Revised Code of <br />Ohio require the fiscal officer of the Village of Mayfield to certify to <br />this Council his estimate of the life of the improvements proposed to be <br />constructed from the proceeds of said:; and also to certify to this Council <br />the maximum maturity of such bonds in accordance with Section 133.20, including <br />the weighted average of the amounts proposed to be expended for.several classes <br />of improvements, and also the maximum maturity of notes issued in anticipation <br />of such bonds. <br />NO[+~ THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE VTLL,AGE OF MAYFTELD, <br />CUYAHOGA, COUNTY, .OHIO: _ . <br />Sec® 1. That the fiscal officer be, and he is, hereby requested to <br />certify to this Council his conclusions as to the estimated life of the improve- <br />ments proposed to be constructed from the proceeds of said bonds and also to <br />certify to this Council the maximum maturity of such bonds, calculated in <br />accordance with the provisions of Section 133.20 and the maximum maturity of <br />the notes issued in anticipation of such bonds. <br />Sec. 2. That this resolution is hereby declared to be an emergency <br />measure, necessary to complete the legislation for the issue of said notes, <br />and shall take effect immediately on its adoption as an emergency measure, and <br />is necessary for the immediate preservation of the public peace, health and safety. <br />,Adopted this -9th day of June , 1967. <br />/ ~ a~ <br />Attest; 1 ~.,.. <br />~,.
