RESOLUTION N0. 707 <br />By DAV IS <br />A RESOLUTION REQUESTING THE CERTIFICATION OF THE <br />FISCAL OFFICER OF THE VILLAGE OF HAYFIELD, OHIO. <br />WHEREAS, this Council contemplates issuing $12,~,~,~00 of special <br />assessment bonds for the purpose of providing a fund for the payment of a <br />note heretofore issued to pay the cost of improving Ridgebury Boulevard <br />in the Village of Mayfield, Ohio, from the center line of Lander Road, <br />which is the Westerly corporate line of the Village of Mayfield, in an <br />Easterly direction approximately 2,825.35 feet to the Easterly corporate <br />line of the Village of Mayfield, by grading, draining, curbing, paving, <br />and constructing curb connections where necessary, together with all <br />necessary appurtenances, and to pay the cost of improvement of Ridgebury <br />Boulevard in the Village of Mayfield, Ohio, from Washington Boulevard <br />Easterly to Orchard Heights Drive in the City of Mayfield Heights, by the <br />construction of a water main and appurtenances, and for the purpose of <br />providing a fund for the payment of a note heretofore issued to pay the <br />cost of improving Gdorton Park Drive from Hemingway Road to South Woodlane <br />Drive, North Woodlane Drive from Worton Park Drive to Woodlane Drive, <br />Norman Lane from ti+lorton Park Drive to Woodlane Drive, South Woodlane Drive <br />from Woodlane Drive to its Easterly terminus, and Woodlane Drive from <br />North Woodlane Drive to South Woodlane Drive by grading, draining, and <br />paving with asphaltic materials, together with all necessary appurtenances; and <br />WHEREAS, the sections of the revised code of Ohio require the fiscal <br />officer to certify to this Council his estimated life of the property, <br />assets or improvements heretofore constructed from the proceeds of said <br />note, and also to certify to the Council the maximum maturities of such <br />bonds calculated in accordance with law; and <br />~,1HEREAS, the Clerk-Treasurer of the Village of Mayfield is the <br />fiscal officer as defined by law. <br />Now Therefore, the Clerk-Treasurer of this Village is hereby <br />requested to certify to this Council his conclusions as to the estimated <br />life of such improvements and the maximum maturity of said bonds as <br />required by law. <br />This Resoluton~is hereby declared to be an emergency measure, <br />necessary for the immediate preservation of the public peace, health, <br />safety and welfare of the Village of Mayfield and its inhabitants for the <br />reason that said bonds are required to be issued to provide a fund for the <br />
