RESOLUTION No. 711 <br />' By Mr.SLOAN <br />A RESOLUTION TO CANCEL THE SIDEWALK ASSESSMENTS <br />ON PARCEL 831-35-001 ON WILSON MILLS ROAD <br />WHEREAS, it appears that the Clerk-Treasurer of the Village of Mayfield, <br />Ohio, has received funds in the amount of $738.64, representing a payment of <br />all sidewalk assessments on the County Auditor's Permanent Parcel 831-35-001, <br />being certain property in the Village of Mayf field, Ohio, on Wilson Mills Road. <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF HAYFIELD, <br />CUYAHOGA COUNTY OHIO,_THATs <br />Sec. 1. The annual installments of special assessments for sidewalks <br />for the-tax year 1967 and thereafter on County Auditor's Permanent Parcel <br />No. 831-35-001 are hereby canceled and the Clerk-Treasurer of the Village of <br />~, Mayfield, Ohio, is hereby authorized to file a certified copy of this <br />Resolution with the County Auditor of Cuyahoga County. <br />Sec. 2.
