RESOLUTION N0. 89-29. <br />INTRODUCED BY: Mayor Carmen and Council as a Whole <br />A RESOLUTION <br />APPROVING THE SITE PLANS FOR THE ADDITION <br />TO EUCLID INDUSTRIES, INC. <br />LOCATED AT 6660 BETA DRIVE <br />AN DECLARING MI EMERGENCY <br />WHEREAS, Euclid Industries, Inc., submitted site plans to the Planning <br />and Zoning Commission for a building addition to the premises located at 6660 <br />Beta Drive in Mayfield Village, <br />WHEREAS, since there was no immediate need for additional parking, future <br />parking was land banked in accordance with the site plans, and <br />WHEREAS, the Village Engineer informed the Commission that it would be <br />necessary for the Euclid Industries, Inc., to obtain an easement from Highland <br />Road Baptist Church so that a storm sewer can be constructed from Euclid <br />Industries, Inc's property northerly to the existing culvert on the southside <br />of Highland Road, and <br />WHEREAS, on March 7, 1989, the Planning and Zoning Commission approved <br />the site plans for such addition contingent upon Euclid Industries, Inc. <br />obtaining a storm sewer easement from Highland Road Baptist Church prior to a <br />building permit being issued, and <br />WHEREAS, Euclid Industries, Inc. has informed Mayfield Village that <br />after exhausting every avenue of obtaining the easement for the Highland <br />Baptist Church, it is unable to obtain such easement at the present time. <br />WHEREAS, on May 1, 1989, the Planning and Zoning Commission approved the <br />revised site plans for the Euclid Industries, Inc. that included the installa- <br />tion of a suitable detention basin and storm pump station in order for the <br />storm water runoff of the future parking area to drain into the Seta Drive <br />storm sewer system. <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE WUNCIL OF MAYFIELD VILLAGE,. OHIO, THAT: <br />SECTION 1. The revised site plans for the Euclid Industries, Inc's <br />addition to the premises located at 6660 Beta Drive as approved by the Plan- <br />ning and Zoning Commission on May 1, 1989, is hereby approved subject to the <br />conditions stated by the Euclid Industries, Inc. in the letter dated <br />April 28. , 1989, attached hereto and incorporated herein. <br />SECTION 2. The Council finds and determines that all formal actions of <br />this Council relating to the adoption of this Resolution have been taken at <br />open meetings of this Council; and that deliberations of this Council and of
