f RESOLUTION N0. 89- 31 INTRODUCED BY: Mayor Carmen and Council as a Whole A RESOLUTION OF CONGRATULATIONS TO GLEN MEDFN, M.D. ON HIS INDUCTION IN THE MAYFIELD HIGH SCHOOL HALL OF FAME ?. ; WHEREAS, Glen Meden, M.D. is resident of Mayfield Village and a 1972 graduate of May£ield High School; and WHEREAS, Glen Meden, M.D. at the age of thirty-five (35) is President-Elect of the medical staff at Meridia Huron Hospital; and WHEREAS, Glen Meden, M.D. is slated to be the Chief of Staff in 1990 at the Meridia Huron Hospital; and WfiEREAS, Glen Meden, M.D., because his of significant contributions to the medical profession has been inducted in the Mayfield High School Hall of Fame; now, therefore, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF MAYFIELD VILLAGE, OHIO, THAT: SECTION 1. The Mayor and Council o£ Mayfield Village, Ohio, on behalf of themselves and all of the employees and residents of the municipality, hereby express their congratulations to Glen Meden, M.D. on his induction in the Mayfield High School Hall of Fame. SECTION 2. The Clerk of Council is hereby authorized and directed to prepare three original copies of this Resolution. One such original shall be presented to Glen Meden, M.D. as a small token o£ the esteem in which he is held by the residents, official and employees of Mayfield Village, Ohio. An original shall be presented to his parents, Paul and Irene Meden, as a tribute to them because of the significant contributions to the medical career of their son, Glen Meden, M.D. The other original shall be placed in the permanent records of the Village as a lasting tribute to Glen Meden, M.D. SECTION 3.
