RESOLUTION N0. 72l~ <br />By : Mr . ____ Davis <br />A RESOLUTION AUTTiORIZING THE RENTAL OF AND ACCESS TO A SAFE <br />DEPOSIT T30X IN THE CENTP.AL NATIONAL BANK OF CLEVELAND. <br />BE IT P.ESOLVED BY 'iI-lE COUPdCIL OF TF~E VILLAGE OF T~~SYFIELD, CUYAIIOGA <br />C UUNTY , OlII O , THAT : <br />Section 1. A safety deposit box or boxes in the vaults of Central <br />National Bank of Cleveland be rented by the Village of Mayfield, subject to <br />the present and future rules and regulations of the said bank, which shall <br />become a part of the lease. <br />Section 2. That any one of the officers or agents of this Village, <br />hereinafter designated, are authorized and empowered to enter 'into such <br />lease, to have access to said box or boxes, and also access to any box or <br />boxes for which said boxes may be exchanged; and to exercise, according to <br />the rules and regulations of said bank, the powers of a deputy of this <br />Village, with respect to said lease, to-wit: <br />Dwight A. Lockemer, Jr. <br />Floyd E. Davis <br />Richard C. Schmidt <br />Section 3. That the names-of said officers and agents shall be <br />certified to said bank at once, anal as often as any change in said officers <br />or agents shall occur, and said bank is authorized to rely upon the latest <br />such certification received by it: that this authority shall continue in <br />full force and effect until a duly certified copy of the Resolution adopted <br />by this Village Council, revolting or modifying it, shall have been delivered <br />to the safe'' deposit department of said bank; and that any such lease already <br />made is in all respects ratified and confirmed. <br />Section 4.
