Schm;dt <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING .THE PRELIMINARX PLANS OF JULIUS PARIS <br />AND ALVIN KRENZLER FOR AN EXTENSION TO.SOM CENTER ROAD OF A <br />ROAD PREVIOUSLY APPROVED, EXTENDING NORTHERLY FROM WILSON MILLS <br />ROAD. <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY .THE COUNCIL~OF THE VILLAGE OF HAYFIELD, COUNTY OF <br />CUYAHOGA, STATE OF OHIO,-THAT: <br />"Section 1, The preliminary plans for an extension to SOM Center Road <br />of a roadway previously approved and extending from Fdilson Mills Road northerly, <br />for about •2700 feet, as .submitted by Julius Paris and Alvin Krenzler, Co-Trustees, <br />and approved by. the Village Engineer and by the Planning and Zoning Commission of <br />the Village of Mayfield at.its meeting of August 12,-1968, are hereby approved <br />by Council. <br />Section 2. This Resolution is .hereby .deemed to be an emergency measure, <br />necessary for the immediate preservation of the .public peace, health, safety and <br />welfare of the Village of Mayfield and its inhabitants, and for~the further <br />reason that it is .necessary to construct and complete said roadway when weather <br />permits, in order to make the surrounding land available for the uses for which <br />it is zoned, and this Resolution shall .be in full force and effect from and <br />after the date of .its adoption. <br />Adopted this 19th day of ,a ust , 1968, <br />ATTEST: <br />_ _ <br />(SEAL) ~ ~ CLERK-TREASURER <br />
