RESOLUTION N0. X40 <br />BY: MR. Fitz-Gerald <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING AN EASEMENT FOR THE INSTALLATION OF <br />A WATER MAIN IN A PROPOSED ROADWAY TO BE CONSTRUCTED BY <br />JULIUS PARIS AND ALVIN KRENZLER, CO-TRUSTEES. <br />BE IT RESOLVED BX THE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF HAYFIELD, COUNTY <br />OF CUYAHOGA AND STATE OF OHIO, THAT: <br />Section 1. Council hereby approves the easement for the instal- <br />lation and maintenance of a water main in a proposed roadway, extending <br />from Wilson Mills Road in the Village of Mayfield, northerly for about 2700 <br />feet, and then easterly to SOM Center Road, given by Julius Paris and Alvin <br />Krenzler, Co-Trustees, the Grantors, to the Village of Mayfield, The Clerk- <br />Treasurer is hereby authorized to record said easement with the Recorder <br />of Cuyahoga County, but the Grantors are to reimburse the Village for the <br />recording costs. The approval of this easement is for the sole purpose of <br />permitting the said Grantors to install a water main in said roadcaay, and <br />does not constitute an acceptance of any dedication of any street. <br />Section 2. This Resolution is hereby declared to be an emergency <br />measure, necessary for the immediate preservation of the public peace, <br />health, safety and welfare of the Village of Mayfield and its inhabitants, <br />in order that an adequate supply of water may be provided as soon as possible, <br />and this Resolution shall go into immediate effect upon the date of its <br />adoption. <br />Adopted this 19th day of August, 1968. <br />ATTEST: <br />__~ ~`CI . <br />(SEAL) CLERK-T SURER <br />
