FITZ-GERALD <br />A RESOLUTION TO COOPLP,A.TE G7ITH THE REGIONAL PLAlv`NING COi~L'`1ISSIOiQ. <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF HAYFIELD, CUYAHOGA <br />COUNTY, OHIO, Ti-IAT: <br />Section 1. Council determines to cooperate with the County Commissioners <br />of Cuyahoga County and the Planning Commissions of all the municipalities located <br />in the County, in the maintenance of the Regional Planning Commission, according <br />to its By-Laws. <br />Section 2. The sum of One Hundred Eighteen Dollars ($118.00) is ap- <br />propriated out of the general fund of the Village to pay its dues to the Regional <br />Planning Commission for the year 1965. NIr. Carl Bohm of_the Regional Planning <br />Commission or any other representative thereof, may be employed by the Planninn <br />and Zoning Commission to render special services and to be compensated on a per <br />diem basis. <br />Section 3. This Resolution is hereby deemed to be an emergency measure, <br />necessary for the immediate preservation of the peace, health, safety and welfare <br />of the Village of 1Kayfield and its inhabitants because of many urgent matters af- <br />fecting planning and zoning which are now pending and the need for expert advice, <br />and this Resolution shall be in full force and effect from and after the date <br />of its adoption. _, ,, <br />Adopted this 21st day of October, 1960. <br />s <br />R PRESIDENT OF COUNCIL <br />ATTEST: <br />r <br />(SEAL) ~ CLEP.K <br />
