IcESOLUTIOId id0. `750 <br />BY: MR. __Fit-~-G.e~'ald-`---~__ <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE FINAL PLAN FOR BETA DRIVE. <br />WHEREAS, the Village Engineer and the Planning and Zoning Commission <br />' have hitherto approved the final plan of Beta Drive, being part of original <br />Mayfield To~,mship Lots I~?os. 35 and 45, Tract DIo. 1, in the Village of I~Ia.yfield, <br />and the owners of said property have complied with Section--6 of Ordinance No. <br />468, by installing the underground improvements and by posting a proper bond <br />for the paving. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF <br />NIAYFIELD, CUYAHOGA COUNTY, OHIO, THAT: <br />Section 1. The final plan of proposed Beta Drive, being part of <br />original Mayfield Township Lots Idos. 35 and 45, Tract No. 1, in the Village <br />of Mayfield, dated October 1968, and prepared by F. A. Thomas & Associates, <br />is hereby approved for record. <br />Section 2. The approval of this final plan does not constitute an <br />acceptance of the dedication of any streets shown on said plat. <br />Section 3.
