RESOLUTION N0. 754 <br />BY: MR. DONALDSON <br />A RESOLUTION TO TRANSFER $500.00 FROM THE GENERAL FUND TO THE <br />SESQUICENTENNIAL FUND. <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF HAYFIELD, CUYAHOGA <br />COUNTY, OHIO, THAT: <br />Section 1. The Clerk-Treasurer is hereby authorized and <br />directed to transfer the sum of $500.00 from the general fund to the Sesqui- <br />centennial Fund for the purpose of paying the necessary expenses of the latter <br />fund. <br />Section 2. This Resolution is hereby declared to be an emergency <br />measure, necessary for the immediate preservation of the public peace, health, <br />safety and welfare of the Village of Mayfield and its inhabitants, for the <br />season that said funds are needed to plan the Mayfield Township Sesquicentennial <br />celebration, and this Resolution shall be in force and effect from and after the <br />date of its adoption. <br />Adopted this 17th day of February, 1969. <br />ATTEST : ~ ~,,.~`~.~°''` MAYOBd'"- PRE ~ D T OF COUNCIL <br />~' ~" <br />(SEAL) CLERK-TREASURER <br />
