Comella <br />A RESOLUTION REQUESTING THE CERTIFICATION OF THE FISCAL <br />OFFICER OF THE VILLAGE OF HAYFIELD, OHIO. <br />WHEREAS, this Council contemplates issuing $2,400.00 of Special <br />Assessment Bonds for the purpose of providing a fund for the payment of a <br />note heretofore issued to pay the cost of improving Ridgebury Boulevard in <br />the Village of Mayfield, Ohio from Lander Road, East, to the corporate limit <br />of the Village of Mayfield, by the construction and installation of a side- <br />walk and appurtenances; and <br />WHEREAS, the Sections of the Revised Code of Ohio require the Fiscal <br />Officer to certify to this Council his estimated life of the property, assets <br />or improvements heretofore constructed from the proceeds of said note, and <br />also to certify to the Council the maximum maturities of such bonds, calculated <br />in accordance with the law; and <br />WHEREAS, the Clerk-Treasurer of the Village of ,Mayfield is the Fiscal <br />Officer as defined by law. <br />IQOW, THEREFORE, the Clerk-Treasurer of this Village is hereby request- <br />ed to certify to this Council his conclusions as to the estimated life of such <br />improvements and the maximum maturity of said bonds as required by law. <br />This Resolution is hereby declared to be an emergency measure, necessary <br />for the immediate preservation of the public peace, health, safety and welfare <br />of the Village of Hayfield and its inhabitants, for the reason that said bonds <br />are required.to be ,issued to provide a fund for the cost of improving said <br />streets in the manner hereinabove stated, and .this Resolution shall take effect <br />upon its passage as an emergency measure. <br />Adopted this 21st. day of April 1969. <br />~ ~ ~A <br />9 _ -: - =_Y <br />v' 4- dam'"` t~ <br />.~ _~~ ~~~ <br />ATTEST: ,fig';%~'` MA~'OR - ERESIDENT OF COUNCIL ' <br />~> ~ ~ . <br />~~~~V~ d~ <br />(SEAL) CLERK-TREASURER <br />
