Davis <br />A RESOLUTION ADOPTING L~ BUDGET FOR TIIE YEAR 1970. <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUAtCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF TIAYFIELD, <br />~, CUYAHOGA COUNTY, OHIO, THAT:. <br />i Section 1. The budget of the Village of Mayfield, Ohio, for the <br />calendar year beginning January 1, 1970, heretofore prepared by the Cleric and <br />approved by the i~iayor and the Finance Committee, and filed with the Council, <br />be, and it hereby is, adopted as the official budget of the Village of Mayfield <br />for the calendar year beginning January 1, 1970. <br />! Section 2. The Cleric be, and he hereby is, authorized and directed <br />' to certify a copy of said budget and a copy of this Resolution and to transmit <br />~ the same to the Auditor of Cuyahoga County, Ohio. <br />Section 3.
