RESOLUTION N0. 765 <br />BY: MR. SCHiiIDT <br />A RESOLUTION TO TRANSFER $5,000.00 FROM THE GENERAL <br />FUND TO THE BUILDING, EQUIPMENT & MAINTENANCE FUND <br />AND $18,000.00 TO THE GASOLINE AND STREET <br />MAINTENANCE AND REPAIR FUND <br />Be It Resolved by the Council of the Village of Aiayfield, Cuyahoga <br />County, Ohio, that: <br />Section 1. The Clerk-Treasurer is hereby authorized and directed to <br />transfer the sum of $5,000.00 from the General Fund to the Building, Equipment <br />& Maintenance Fund for 'the purpose of paying the necessary expenses of the <br />latter fund and to transfer $18,000.00 from the General Fund to the Gasoline <br />and Street Paintenance and Repair Fund. ' <br />Section 2. This Resolution is hereby declared to be an emergency <br />measure necessary for the immediate preservation of the public peace, health, <br />safety and welfare of the Village of riayfield and its inhabitants for the <br />reason that said funds are needed to purchase necessary equipment and this <br />Resolution shall be in force and effect from and after the date of its <br />adoption. <br />Adopted this 15th day of December, 1969. <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br />r. /' l <br />(SEAL) ~ CLERK-TREASURER <br />
