DAVIS <br />A RESOLUTION REQUESTING THE COUNTY ©IIDITOR TO <br />ADVANCE THE SUM OF $30,000.00 TO THE VILLAGE <br />OF riAYFIELD OUT OF CURRENT TAX WLLECTIONS <br />~dHEREAS, the balance in the General Fund of the Village of Mayfield <br />has declined to the point where it will be impossible to meet the Village payroll <br />and to pay its bills for the month of February, 1971; and <br />WiiEREA~S, sufficient funds have been collected by the County of <br />Cuyahoga from the taxpayers or the Village of Mayfield to cover much more than <br />is required to meet the March payroll and pay the Piarch expenses9 and <br />(wa) <br />,~~~ <br />%4~ <br />~~`i~~ <br />i_._ <br />~,{ <br />~, <br />,; <br />Lu__ <br />97; <br />-; <br />~~~(jl <br />~~IHEREAS, the Clerk and the Village of Mayfield estimates that the sum <br />of at least $30,000.00 is needed from current tax collections to pay current <br />expenses. <br />NOtid, THEREFORE, Be It Resolved by the Council of the Village of <br />Mayfield, Cuyahoga County, that: <br />Section 1. The County Auditor of Cuyahoga County is hereby requested <br />to advance to the Village of Mayfield, out of the current tax collections, the <br />sum of at least $30,000.00, to be used for general fund purposes. <br />Sect_ion__2. The Clerk-Treasurer is hereby authorized to file a certified <br />copy of this Resolution with the County Auditor of Cuyahoga County. <br />Section 3.
