Davis <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE FINAL PLAN FOR <br />AINTREE PARK, No. 4 SUBDIVISION. <br />WHEREAS, the Village Engineer and the Planning and Zoning Commission <br />have hitherto approved the final plan of Aintree Park, No. 4 Subdivision, being <br />part of original Mayfield Township Lots 13, 16 and 17, Tract No. 2, in the <br />Village of Mayfield. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, .Be 'It Resolved by the Council of the Village of <br />Mayfield, Cuyahoga County, Ohio, that: <br />Section 1. The final plan of proposed Aintree Park, No. 4 Subdivision, <br />being part of original Mayfield Township Lots 13, 16 and 17, Tract No. 2, in the <br />Village of Mayfield, dated December, 1964, and prepared by Frank L. Woodruff & <br />Associates, is hereby approved for record. <br />Section 2. The approval of this final plan does not constitute an <br />acceptance of the dedication of any streets shown on said plat. <br />Section 3.
