ORDINANCE N0. 85- 27 <br />INTRODUCED BY: MembersJ`of-`Council___ _-• <br />AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING WAGES, <br />BENEFITS AND OTHER TERMS AND CONDI- <br />TIONS OF EMPLOYMENT FOR EMPLOYEES <br />OF MAYFIELD VILLAGE, OHIO, <br />REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES INCONSIS- <br />TENT HEREWITH AND DECLARING AN <br />EMERG ENCY. <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF MAYFIELD VILLAGE, OHIO, THAT: <br />Section 1. Effective January 1, 1986, the wages, benefits <br />and other terms and conditions of employment for employees of Mayfield <br />Village, Ohio, shall be as follows: <br />A. Wages <br />1. Administration Annual SalarX Hourly Rate <br />(a) Mayor's Secretary <br /> Class A - Second Year $18,037.29 $8.67 <br /> Class B - Probationary $15,436.22 7.42 <br />(b) Assistant to Finance Director <br /> Class A- Second Year 18,494.07 8.89 <br /> Class B- Probationary 15,436.22 7.42 <br />(c) Finance Clerk <br /> Class A- Second Year 18,037.29 8.67 <br /> Class B- Probationary 14,984.83 7.20 <br />(c3) Clerk of Council 806.25 -- <br />(e) Part-time Clerk.or Recording <br /> Secretary --°- 6.30 <br />(f) Any secretarial or clerical <br />employee who attends a meeting of <br />Council when requested by the Mayor <br />or Council for the purpose of <br />recording the minutes of such <br />meeting shall receive compensation <br />at the rate of 1-1/2 times the <br />normal hourly rate as established <br />herein. The secretarial or clerical <br />employee attending the meeting shall <br />be paid for a minimum of 2 hours <br />for such attendance.
