ORDINANCE N0. 86-1 INTRODUCED BY: Mayor Carmen & Council as a Whole ' AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 155.06 OF _:~ THE CODIFIED ORDINANCES OF MAYFIELD VILLAGE PERTAINING TO THE .FEE SCHEDULE FOR USE IN THE COMMUNITY ROOM BUILDING. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF MAYFIELD VILLAGE, OHIO, THAT: Section 1. Section 155.06 of the Codified Ordinances of Mayfield Village, Ohio, is hereby amended to read as follows: (Deleted material appears like t~~s and new material appears, like THIS) Chapter 155 Community Room Building Rules. and Regulations for Operation 155.06 Fee Schedule (A) The following groups and individuals are eligible to use the Community Room Building without charge: Council, City officials, homeowner's association, boards, commissions, all Council committees and commissions and any other group or individual designated by the Mayor. While no fee is charged for use of the building, each -individual or group shall 'nevertheless remain liable for any damage . to the building in accordance with the rules and regulations set forth hereinabove. (B) Senior citizens and youth groups are eligible to use the Community Room Building without charge. However, a refundable damage deposit in the amount of Fifty Dollars (550.00) will be required. (C) Private or commercial rental for residents. of Mayfield Village is available. Charge for use of the Community Room Building shall be T~er~t~-~r~e-Do~~~e~e-E-5.2-5-r{}0.3- FIFTY DOLLARS (550.00). Additionally, a refundable damage deposit in the amount of Fifty Dollars (550.00) will be required. The deposit shall be refunded only if the kitchen and community room are left clean, all tables are cleared and the building is in the condition it was when rented. All trash must be bagged and the trash bags may be left in the kitchen for removal by the municipal staff.
