ORDINANCE N0. 86- 4 INTRODUCED BY: Mayor Carmen & Council as a Whole AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 155.06(A) OF THE CODIFIED ORDINANCES OF HAYFIELD VILLAGE, OHIO, SO AS TO INCLUDE THE HAYFIELD VILLAGE GARDEN CLUB AND HAYFIELD HISTORICAL SOCIETY AS GROUPS ENTITLED TO USE THE COMMUNITY ROOM BUILDING WITHOUT CHARGE. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF HAYFIELD VILLAGE, OHIO, THAT: Section 1. Section 155>.06 of the Codified Ordinances of Mayfield Village, Ohio, is hereby amended to read as follows: (Deleted material appears like ~h~s and new material appears like THIS) Chapter 155 Community Room Building Rules and Regulations for Operation * * ~. 155.06 Fee Schedule (A) The following groups and individuals are eligible to use the. Community Room Building without charge: Council, City Officials, Homeowner's Associations, Boards, Commissions, all Council Committees and Commissions, THE HAYFIELD VILLAGE GARDEN CLUB, THE HAYFIELD HISTORICAL SOCIETY and any other group or individual designated by the Mayor. While no fee is charged for use of the building, each individual or group shall nevertheless remain liable for any damage to the building in accordance with the rules and regulations set forth hereinabove. Section 2. All prior ordinances inconsistent with this ordinance in whole or in part are repealed to the extent necessary to avoid conflict with this ordinance. Section 3. That the Council finds and determines that all formal actions of this Council relating to the adoption of this Ordinance have been taken at open meetings of this Council; and that deliberations of this Council and of its committees, resulting in such formal action, took place in meetings open to the public, in compliance with all statutory requirements including the requirements of Section 121.22 of the Ohio Revised Code.
