ORDINANCE N0. 86- 4 <br />INTRODUCED BY: Mayor Carmen & Council as a Whole <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 155.06(A) <br />OF THE CODIFIED ORDINANCES OF HAYFIELD <br />VILLAGE, OHIO, SO AS TO INCLUDE THE <br />HAYFIELD VILLAGE GARDEN CLUB AND <br />HAYFIELD HISTORICAL SOCIETY AS GROUPS <br />ENTITLED TO USE THE COMMUNITY ROOM <br />BUILDING WITHOUT CHARGE. <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF HAYFIELD VILLAGE, OHIO, THAT: <br />Section 1. Section 155>.06 of the Codified Ordinances of <br />Mayfield Village, Ohio, is hereby amended to read as follows: <br />(Deleted material appears like ~h~s and new material appears <br />like THIS) <br />Chapter 155 <br />Community Room Building <br />Rules and Regulations for Operation <br />* * ~. <br />155.06 Fee Schedule <br />(A) The following groups and individuals are eligible <br />to use the. Community Room Building without charge: <br />Council, City Officials, Homeowner's Associations, <br />Boards, Commissions, all Council Committees and <br />Commissions, THE HAYFIELD VILLAGE GARDEN CLUB, THE <br />HAYFIELD HISTORICAL SOCIETY and any other group or <br />individual designated by the Mayor. While no fee <br />is charged for use of the building, each individual <br />or group shall nevertheless remain liable for any <br />damage to the building in accordance with the rules <br />and regulations set forth hereinabove. <br />Section 2. All prior ordinances inconsistent with this <br />ordinance in whole or in part are repealed to the extent necessary to <br />avoid conflict with this ordinance. <br />Section 3. That the Council finds and determines that all <br />formal actions of this Council relating to the adoption of this <br />Ordinance have been taken at open meetings of this Council; and that <br />deliberations of this Council and of its committees, resulting in such <br />formal action, took place in meetings open to the public, in <br />compliance with all statutory requirements including the requirements <br />of Section 121.22 of the Ohio Revised Code. <br />
