ORDINANCE N0. 87-22 7/6/87 <br />" - V INTRODUCED BY: Mayor Carmen and Council as a GJhole <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 1 OF <br />ORDINANCE N0. 87-8 PERTAINING TO WAGES <br />FOR ENIPLOYEES IN THE ADMINIS3'RATION OF <br />MAYF IELD V ILLAG E, OH IO, REPEAL ING ALL <br />ORDINANCES INCONSISTENT HEREWITH AND <br />DECLARING AN EMERGENCY. <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF MAYFIELD VILLAGE, OHIO, THAT: <br />Section 1. Section 1 of Ordinance Nov 87-5 is hereby <br />amended to read as follows: <br />Section 1. Effective with the entire pay period <br />January 10, 1987, and retroactive thereto, the wages, <br />benefits and other terms and conditions of employment <br />for employees of Mayfield Village, Ohio, shall be as <br />follows: <br />A. The Council finds and determines that all <br />formal actions of this Council relating to the adoption of this <br />ordinance have been taken at open meetings of this Council; and the <br />deliberations of this Council and of its Committees resulting in such <br />formal action, took place in meetings open to the public, in <br />compliance with all statutory requirements including the requirements <br />of Section 121.22 of the Ohio Revised Code.
