ORDINANCE NO. 78-4 <br />BY: COUNCIL AS A WHOLE <br />AN EMERGENCY ORDINANCE APPROVING A CONTRACT <br />WITH THE CITY OF MAYFIELD HEIGHTS FOIj USE OF <br />POLICE RADIO FACTLITTES. <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF MAYFIELD VTLLAGE, OHIOp THAT: <br />Section 1. A contract in substantially the same form as is <br />contained in Exhibit "A" attached hereto and made a part hereof with <br />the City of Mayfield Heights for Police Radio Dispatch facilities is <br />hereby approved and the Mayor and Finance Director are authorized to <br />execute same. <br />Section 2. This is an emergency ordinance immediately neces- <br />sary in order to preserve the peace, safety and welfare of the residents <br />of the Village of Mayfield Village in that it provides for essential <br />police services.
