ORDINANCE N0. 75-41 <br />BY: Mr_ Bennett <br />AN EMERGENCY ORDINANCE AWARDING A CONTRACT <br />FOR THE PAVING OF STREETS. <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF MAYFIELD VILLAGE, <br />OH2O, THAT; <br />Section 1. Pursuant to bids received following adver- <br />tisement, all according to law, a contract for the paving of <br />streets for the year 1978 as set forth in the specifications <br />published by Stephen Hovancsek, Engineer, is awarded to <br />Calabrese Cement Contractor (Aldo) on a unit price basis <br />at an estima ed total cost of , .34 , <br />Section 2. All other bids are rejected. <br />Section 3.
