yt? <br />1 <br />ORDINANCE NO. 79-4 <br />BY: Council as a Whole <br />AN EMERGENCY ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE <br />ACQUISITTON FROM HOBART HOMES, INC., OF <br />CERTAIN PROPERTY ON S.O.M. CENTER ROAD; <br />AUTHORIZING THE SETTLEMENT OF LITIGATION <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF MAYFIELD, OHIO, THAT: <br />Section 1. The Mayor and Finance Director are authorized <br />and directed to enter into a contract between Mayfield Village and <br />Hobart Homes, Inc., in the form attached hereto as Exhibit "A", or <br />in other form substantially similar thereto as approved by the <br />Director of Law. In any case, the total price shall be $60,000.00. <br />Section 2. This is an emergency ordinance immediately <br />necessary for the preservation of the health, safety and general <br />welfare o€ the residents of the Village of Mayfield Village in that <br />it provides for the settlement of litigation currently existinq <br />between Hobart Homes, Inc. and the Village and further provides for <br />the necessary acquisiti:on of property for service department purposes <br />essential to continuing Village operations.
