RESOLUTION N0. 79-18 <br />INTRODUCED BY: ;Council as a Whole <br />A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE <br />MAYOR TO MAKE APPLICATION TO THE CUYAHOGA <br />COUNTY BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS FOR APPROVAL <br />TO USE CUYAHOGA COUNTY MOTOR VEHICLE $5.00 <br />LICENSE TAX FUNDS FOR PARTICIPATION WITH <br />THE COUNTY IN THE RESURFACING AND THE <br />RECONSTRUCTION IMPROVEMENTS TO WILSON MILLS <br />ROAD. <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF MAYFIELD VILLAGE, OHIO, THAT: <br />Section 1. The Mayor is hereby authorized and directed to ,?- <br />make application to the Cuyahoga County Motor Vehicle $5.00 License <br />Tax Fund for participation with the County in the resurfacing and <br />reconstruction improvements to Wilson Mills Road within the corporate <br />limits of the municipality. <br />Section 2. The Clerk of Council is hereby directed to <br />transmit three (3) copies of the application together with three (3) <br />certified copies of this Resolution to the Cuyahoga County Board of <br />Commissioners and to the Cuyahoga County Engineer. <br />Section 3. This Resolution is hereby declared to be an <br />emergency measure immediately necessary for the preservation of <br />the public health and safety in that the immediate application for <br />use of the said funds is necessary to expedite the commencement <br />of this improvement project.
