ORDINANCE N0. 79- 32 <br />INTRODUCED BY: Mr, Boger <br />AN EMERGENCY ORDINANCE APPROVING <br />THE CONTRACT WITA THE CITY OF <br />MAYFIELD HEIGHTS FOR USE OF POLICE <br />RADIO FACILITIES. <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF MAYFIELD VILLAGE, OHIO, THAT: <br />Section 1. A contract in substantially the same form <br />as is contained in Exhibit "A", attached hereto and made a part <br />hereof, with the City of Mayfield Heiqhts £or Police radio dispatch <br />facilities is hereby approved and the Mayor and Finance Director <br />are authorized to execute same. <br />Section 2. This is an emergency ordinance immediately <br />necessary in-order to preserve the peace, safety and welfare of the <br />residents of Mayfield Village in that it provides for essential <br />police services. It shall therefore become effective immediately <br />upon passage by the affirmative vote of not less than five (5) <br />members elected to Council and approval by the Mayor or otherwise <br />at the earliest time allowed by law. <br />PASSED Ma <br />APPROVED: <br />APPROVED AS TO FORM: <br />Guerin L.
