RESOLUTION NO. 79- 60 <br />INTRODUCED BY: Council as a Whole <br />A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE MAYOR <br />TO MAKE APPLICATION TO THE CUYAHOGA COUNTY BOARD <br />OF COMMISSIONERS FOR APPROVAL TO USE CUYAHOGA <br />COUNTY MOTOR VEHICLE $5.00 LICENSE TAX FUNDS FOR <br />PARTICIPATION WITH THE COUNTY IN THE IMPROVEMENT <br />OF WILSON TdILLS ROAD BY REPLACING THE STANDARD <br />CURB INLET GRATES WTTH SLANTED SLOT GRATES FROPQ <br />THE MAYFIELD VILLAGE EASTERN CORPORATION LINE TO <br />SOP4 CENTER ROAD; DECLARING AN EMEP.GENCY. <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF NIAYFIELD VILLAGE, OHIO, THAT: <br />Section 1. The Mayor is hereby authorized and directed <br />to make application to the Cuyahoga County Motor Vehicle $5.00 License <br />Tax Fund for participation with the County in improving Wilson P-4ills <br />Road by the replacement of standard curb inlet grates with slanted <br />slot grates from the Mayfield Village Eastern corporation line to <br />SOM Center Road. <br />Section 2. The Clerk of Council is hereby directed to <br />transmit three (3) copies of the application for said funds together <br />with three (3) certified copies of this Resolution to the Cuyahoga <br />County Board of Commissioners and to the Cuyahoga County Engineer. <br />Section 3. This Resolution is hereby declared to be an <br />emergency measure immediately necessary for the preservation of the <br />public health and safety in that the immediate application for use <br />of said funds is necessary to expedite the commencement o£ this <br />improvement project.
