RESOLUTION NO. 79-64 <br />INTROPUCED BY: COUricil as a Whole <br />AN EPQERGENCY RESOZ,UTIOtd APPROVING THE REPORT <br />OF THE SCI30 DRIVE ASSESSMENT EQUALIZATION <br />BOARD. <br />WHEREAS, the Council did, by Resolution 79-63 <br />passed August 30, 1979, appoint an Assessment Equalization <br />Board, according to law, for the Echo Drive repaving and <br />reditching assessment; and <br />[VHEREAS, the Assessment Equalization Board met, <br />according to law, on September 6, 1979 to hear the.objections <br />to the said assessment; and <br />WHEREAS, the Assessment Equalization Board. on <br />September 10, 1979, did provide to Council a written report of <br />its findings and reco:nmendations from the hearing on September <br />6, 1979; and <br />TnTHEREAS, the Assessment Equalization Board did <br />approve the assessment plan of the municipality for the reDaving <br />and reditching of Echo Drive; now, therefore, <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF MAYFIELD VILLArE, OHIO, THAT: <br />Section 1. The report of the Assessment Equalization <br />Board to approve the assessment Plan of the muaicipality for <br />the repaving and reditching of Echo Drive is approved. <br />Section 2. This is an emergency resolution immediately <br />necessary for the preservation health, safety and welfare in that <br />it will allow for the improvement authorized by Resolution 79-52and <br />therefore help insure safe access for emergency, service and <br />passenger motor vehicles on and through Echo Drive.
