DE BARTOLO CORPORATION <br />TO REZONE THE PROPERTY LOCATED AT 6449 <br />WILSON MILLS ROAD, MAYFIELD VILLAGE, <br />OHIO, FROM SMALL OFFICE BUILDING DISTRICT <br />TO A MOTORIST SERVICE DISTRICT. <br />WHEREAS, the Edward J. DeBartolo Corporation has requested that <br />the property located at 6449 Wilson Mills Road, Mayfield Villaqe, <br />Ohio, be rezoned from Small Office Building District to a Motorist <br />Service District; and <br />WHEREAS, upon due consideration thereof the Planning and Zoning <br />Commission of Mayfield Village has determined that said request <br />for rezoning is well taken and has certified said determination <br />to the Council; now, therefore, <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF MAYFIELD VILLAGE, OHIO, THAT: <br />Section 1. The property located at 6449 Wilson Mills Road, <br />Mayfield Village, Ohio the same being Permanent Parcel No. <br />?- = as is more fully described in the legal description which is attached <br />hereto, marked Exhibit "A" and which is incorporated herein as if <br />fully rewritten, which property is currently zoned Small Office Building <br />District is hereby rezoned to Motorist Service District, subject to <br />the approval of the electors of the municipality. <br />Section 2. The Clerk of Council is hereby authorized and <br />directed to certify a copy of this Ordinance to the Cuyahoga County <br />Board of Elections pursuant to Article III, Section 14 of the <br />Charter of Mayfield Village for the following question to appear <br />on the ballot at the election to be held on June 5, 1980: <br />Should Ordinance No. 79- rezoning the property located <br />at 6449 Wilson Mills Road, Mayfield Village, Ohio from <br />Small Office Building District to a Motorist Service <br />District be approved? <br />Section 3.
