ORDINANCE N0. 74-10 <br />Introduced by: Mr. Prager <br />AN ORDINANCE CREATING THE OFFICE OF <br />ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF TFIE VILLAGE OF MAYFIELD, CUYAHOGA <br />COUNTY, OHIO, THAT: <br />Section 1. There is hereby created the office of Administrative Assistant <br />who shall be appointed by the Mayor, subject to confirmation by the Council, for <br />a period of one year. <br />Section 2. The Administrative Assistant shall have the following duties: <br />a. To supervise all clerical personnel of the Village in the absence <br />of the Mayor or President of Council. <br />b. To coordinate and supervise all activities of the Service Director <br />, and Service Department. <br />Section 3. The Administrative Assistant shall be compensated for his <br />services at the rate of $1,000.00 per year. <br />Section 4. This Ordinance is hereby declared to be an emergency measure, <br />necessary for the immediate preservation of the puhlic peace, health, safety and <br />welfare of the Village of Mayfield and its inhabitants in order to provide for the <br />efficient conduct of Village affairs in Che absence of the Mayor or President of <br />Council, and this ordinance shall take e£fect and be in force from and after the <br />date of its passage. <br />Passed this 21st day of January, 1974. <br />ATTEST: <br />\?^ !? ??/ ?? ?? <br />1(S99L CLE -TREASURER <br />V <br />Z <br />
