ORDINANCE N0. 74- 17 Introduced by: Mr. BOL'dOnOTo AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND ORDINANCE N0. 159, THE ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE VILLAGE OF MAYFIELD, BY AMENDING ORDINANCE N0. 763, SECTION 30.1 (4) and SECTION 30.33(1)(d) BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF MAYFICLD, CUYAHOGA COUNTY, OHIO, TFIAT: Section 1. Ordinance No. 763, Section 30.1(1) is hereby amended as follows: "1. to provide appropriate, convenient and ample districts for motorists services, office and research activities, and the production and distribution of goods other than goods offered for sale at retail to the ultimate consumer, in order to serve and promote economic develop- ment of the community, and to utilize the extraordinary transportation facilities; more specifically," Section 2. Ordinance No. 763, Section 30.1(4) is hereby amended as follows: "4. to provide Production-Distribution Districts near the fxeeway system for uses which generate relatively large volumes of traffic, so as Co be accessible to a large labor force throughout the region, and" Section 3. Section 30.33(1)(d) is hereby amended to read as follows: "d. Distribution Operations The storage, distribution, or display of good s for sale, other than goods offered for sale at retail to the ultimate consumer, of those products which are produced in this district and the storage and dis- tribution of foods and beverages offered for sale other than for sale at retail to the ultimate consumer. Other products, if the Planning and Zoning Commission, hereinafter referred to as the Commission, finds the product to be similar and conforms with the basic characteristics of the enumerated permitted uses, and approves inclusion of the product." Section 4. This Ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and after the earliest period allowed by law. Passed this 15th day of ppril , 1974.
