Ordinance No. 75-7 <br />Introduced by: Frank Prager <br />AN ORDINANCE REPEALING SECTION 7 OF ORDINANCE N0. <br />74-49 AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY <br />WHEREAS, Council has previously enacted legislation providing for the <br />regulation and control of parking and storing of recreational vehicles within <br />Mayfield Village; and <br />WHEREAS, Council finds that the public interest requires revision and <br />restatement of Section 7 of Ordinance No. 74-49 pertaining to registration of. <br />recreational vehicles; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAIVED BY THE COUNCIL OF MAYFIELD VILLAGE, OHIO, THAT: <br />Section 1. Section 7 of Ordinance No. 74-49 is hereby repealed. <br />Section 2. This Ordinance is heieby declared to be an emergency measure, <br />necessary for the immediate preservation of the public peace, health, safety and <br />welfare of Mayfield Village and its inhabitants because of the urgent necessity for <br />proper registration of recreational vehicles. <br />Passed this 21st day of February , 1975 <br />1975 <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br />'-1/0 <br />ZK OF COUNCIL
