Ordinance No. 75 -2 <br />Introduced by: Mayor Beebe - <br />AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR THE COMPENSATION <br />OF CLERK OF COUNCIL AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY <br />TfiAT : <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF MAYFIELD VILLAGE, CUYAHOGA COUNTY, OHIO, <br />Section 1. The Clerk of Council shall be compensated at the rate of $1,200.00 <br />per annum, payable in monthly installments, which compensation shall cover all the <br />duties required of the Clerk of Council as described in the Charter, Article III, <br />Section 6. <br />Section 2. This ordinance is deemed to be an emergency measure, necessary for <br />the immediate preservation of the public peace, health, safety and welfare of Mayfield <br />Village and its inhabitants in order to provide reasonable compensation for the services <br />rendered by the Clerk of Council, and this ordinance shall be in full force and ef£ect <br />from and after the date of its passage. <br />Passed: January 5, 1976 <br />Attest: <br />CLERK OF COUNCIL <br />Approved: <br />
